Use Companion Plants to Protect Your Plants
by: Dirtdoctor

White flies can be very difficult to control, especially in gardens as they can easy move in from surrounding areas to re-populate after spraying. They are also very rapid breeders and the over-use of chemicals has produced many resistant forms.

The best approach may be to use companion plants to help repel them and regular applications of a weak seaweed solution to maximize plant health.

Good companions include Garlic, Nasturtiums and many daisies like Marigolds or Sunflowers.
